The illustration was created in Adobe Photoshop and the text in Adobe Illustrator
Below is the creation process.
First, I will quickly sketch out a dozen or more layouts for your cover. Then, the best layout is selected (or fused together from a few favorite sketches). A refined sketch along with some color and lighting possibilities is then provided. Layout adjustments or new ideas can still be made at this stage. Finally, I will refine even further in either digital pencil or black ink line-art and the painting process will begin.
